Bise Multan Introduction:
BISE Multan was established under the West Pakistan Board of Intermediate and instruction Multan and Sargodha Ordinance, 1968. This ordinance is now changed. It’s currently being ruled underneath the Punjab Boards of Education Act, 1976.
Bise Multan Board of Education for Intermediate and Secondary Classes was come into being on 30th March 1968. Its establishment was made under the Wes Pakistan’s Government. Whereas the Ordinance was passed by Pakistan on 24 May. Bise Multan pk started to operate in Governmental Central Training College Lahore in mid June. At the start Multan Board included Quetta, Kallat, Bahawalpur and Multan and Dera ghazi khan. Quetta and Kallat started working independently in 1968. Dera Ghazi Khan was disjointed from Multan Board in 1982. But now, Multan Board is working everywhere. Board of Governors:
Every Education System requires some officials to run the Educational body effectively. For this purpose Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Multan have 15 members on Board of Governors. These governors include the Chairman also. There are also some members who are operating as ex-officials and other persons are nominated as per feed of the Act.
Fund Raising:
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education is very vigorous educational figure in that region which has the right to assemble or alter the rules and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Board has a lot of funds but they are used to regulate examination system and to pay the officials. It organizes functions related to the Pakistani culture. These functions not only promote Pakistan but also gather funds for the Board. The Board generates a large amount of funds from their examination structure and admission fees.

Bise Multan Appointments:
The Board is self governing body and the Govt. of Punjab is dominant authority. The chairman, Secretary Controller of Examinations, Audit Officer and DPE of the area are appointed by the dominant Authority/Govt. on deputation commonly for an amount of three years. Officers and employees in grade BS-16 and higher are selected by the Governors of Board. In BS-15, Officers are selected by the Chairman. BS-1 to BS-4 is selected by the Secretary.
